FB77Pro Terms and Conditions –
Know Before You Play

1. Eligibility

To register and use the FB77Pro platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard requirement under Philippine law and FB77Pro policy. There are no exceptions.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to confirm this before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an FB77Pro employee where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by FB77Pro or any relevant gaming regulatory authority at the time of registration or during your active membership.

FB77Pro reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, with any pending withdrawals held pending verification.

2. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one (1) FB77Pro account only. Duplicate accounts – regardless of whether they use different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods – are strictly prohibited.

When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and in any subsequent verification processes.
• Keep your account details up to date. Outdated or inaccurate information may delay withdrawals or cause account issues.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share access to your account with any other person.
• Notify FB77Pro immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat or email.

FB77Pro is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the account holder failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

You may close your FB77Pro account at any time by contacting customer support. Any positive balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

FB77Pro supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Most deposits are credited to your FB77Pro wallet instantly.
• FB77Pro does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activity on the FB77Pro platform. They are not investments and do not earn interest.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts that are registered in your name and match the identity information on your FB77Pro account.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day depending on your bank's processing times.
• FB77Pro may request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with incomplete verification.
• Any funds that were deposited as bonuses or credited through promotions must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

FB77Pro regularly offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly displayed on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all FB77Pro bonuses:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. They must meet the specified wagering requirements before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Standard wagering requirements for welcome bonuses are 20x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sabong and sports bets generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Slots and Bingo contribute at varying rates. Table games such as Poker and Roulette may contribute at a reduced rate – check individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
• FB77Pro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.
• Abuse of the bonus system – including but not limited to coordinated betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, or registration of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus – will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account suspension.

5. Gameplay & Fair Use

FB77Pro is committed to providing fair, transparent, and honest gameplay across all its products. Our games use certified and regularly audited random number generation (RNG) systems where applicable, and our live sabong content is sourced exclusively from licensed Philippine arenas.

You agree to use the FB77Pro platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You must not:

• Use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Exploit any software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Engage in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker and other multiplayer formats.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the FB77Pro platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may lead to legal action where applicable:

• Using FB77Pro for money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus farming.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a minor to access or use your account.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting or gaming events.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Creating derivative works based on FB77Pro's brand, games, or platform design.
• Using the FB77Pro name, logo, or trademarks in any external communications without authorisation.

Nothing in these terms limits FB77Pro's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

FB77Pro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to FB77Pro, other players, or the integrity of our platform.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, FB77Pro reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation. If an investigation confirms a serious breach, funds may be confiscated in accordance with applicable regulations.

You may appeal an account suspension by contacting support@fb77pro.app within 14 days of receiving notice of the suspension. FB77Pro will review all appeals fairly and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Changes to These Terms

FB77Pro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:
